SCALE AND STRUCTURE OF THE INDUSTRY SOUTH OSSETIA: DEVELOPMENT DURING THE PERIOD OF PLANNED-ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The article examines the process of the formation of industry in South Ossetia during the period of planned-administrative management system. Both in the country as a whole and on the territory of South Ossetia during the period under study, significant changes took place in the formation of the national economy. The industrialization process contributed to the increase in employment of the indigenous population and the integrated development of the region's economy.
