THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS OF THE SOCIAL AND LABOR SPHERE

The article is devoted to the study of the essence of the concept of "social and labor sphere" in the context of studying its constituent elements. It has been substantiated that the social and labor sphere is an institutional space, within which, in the process of labor activity, social and labor relations are formed and developed through a set of relevant social institutions. The system of basic indicators characterizing the social and labor sphere has been determined, including indicators of the labor market, indicators of living standards, indicators of the social sphere and integral indicators
