Abstract

Assessment of the quality of training of the labor potential on the regional levelbased on the index methodhas been conducted in the paper. To assess the quality of the labor potential of the Komi Republic and compare it with other northern regions, private indices based on such key indicators as the working lifetime, the employment rate of the population, the level of vocational education and GRP per capita have been calculated. The influence of private indices on the cumulative labor potential development index of the examined region has been determined
