THE VALUE OF PROSTAGLANDINS IN MALFUNCTION OF EXTERNAL RESPIRATION IN PATIENTS WITH CHEMORESISTANT TUBERCULOSIS OF LUNGS AND THE WAYS OF ITS CORRECTION

One of the negative epidemiological factors of tuberculosis in Ukraine is growth of chemoresistant tuberculosis. For improvement of epidemiological indicators of chemoresistant tuberculosis to the forefront there are nation-wide actions directed on improvement of economic situation, full financing of medical institutions, preventive and social programs [4, 9]. However further scientific researches of features of pathogenesis of chemoresistant tuberculosis, development of new pathogenetic programs of treatment of the patients with chemoresistant tuberculosis directed on improvement of processes of reparation and respiratory function don't lose the value and remain actual.
