Abstract

Long and continuous reception of antiphthisic agents (AA), besides medical effect, quite often makes negative impact on human body. It complicates treatment, forces to interrupt it and at times to refuse it [8]. Frequency of medicinal complications in patients with tuberculosis of lungs fluctuates over a wide range from 3-5% to 80% and more. Big range of frequency of development of adverse reactions on AA is explained by distinction of observed patients on age, sex, co-existing diseases, treatment modes. According to Elypteyn N.V. [2011], the modern patient became mul-timorbid.
