Abstract
Obstructive Sleep Apnea is a challenging issue for diagnosis and treatment. Considering the significant co-morbidity and mortality OSA poses a serious issue. Throughout the years a great variety of therapeutic modalities have been developed. In the current review we are making an attempt critically to revise the advantages and disadvantages of the proposed conservative methods. The decision for treatment strategy should be based on the improved contemporary knowledge pathophysiology of the disease and toward to improved effectiveness and usefulness in clinical practice.
