Prevención del Reclutamiento y Utilización de NNA: un Análisis Cualitativo para reflexionar sobre la Política Pública en el Escenario del Post-Acuerdo

This paper has the intention to invite the audience to analyze, reflect and dialogue towards chil-dhood and the internal Colombian war into the post-agreement scenario between the FARC-EP guerrilla and the Colombian government, by the presentation of the qualitative analysis of 2 focus groups done in the research Evaluation of the public cross sectoral policy about preven-tion of usage and recruitment of boys, girls and adolescents by organized criminal and illegal groups – Conpes 3673, 2010. The problem and the context of this situation are presented at the beginning of the text in order to relate to some methodological considerations on the data analysis. Then, the results and findings of the information are presented in 4 stages: 1. Semantemes analysis; 2. Dis-course node structure; 3. Clusters analysis; and 4. Semantic matrixes analysis. The expository presentation of this paper does not follow the essay or scientific article exposition in order to show a technical report to give some independence on the analysis and reflections made by the audience.
