The Peculiarities of the Administration of the Building Organization on the Ruined Areas

The purpose of this article is the detection of the gaps in the strategic development of the building industry of Ukraine concerning to the areas, ruined by the military actions. We mean formulating or defining the main ways of work and figuring out the main problems and peculiarities which may occur to the building companies on the afterwar territories. The question of complex, systematic renewing, reconstruction of the residential objects and complexes with accommodating them with modern comforts, with orientation on the quality use of natural sources and space is essential. For conducting such works the creation of reengineering building companies and departments may be efficient within the existing building companies which must provide the building companies with such services as technical, organizational consultations, the development of various projects and technical and technological processes, the guidance in the constructing of the building objects, teaching and qualifying the employees, implementing of the innovational processes and products. The analyses of the publication of the official sources has been made, which has enabled us to objectively find out the real condition and foresee the future development of the building branch. On the basis of the analysis before the restoring of the ruined areas there's the question: the exploring of the areas as to the safe usage, technical examining of the buildings, violated by the military actions, effective usage of the building supplies, new investments etc. We have developed the way of searching for the complex approach and uniting many approaches of the building sphere into one (efficient and optimal organization of the administrative process of the building organization, secondary use of the supplies left after the ruination, esteeming the technical condition in the uncertain and dangerous for life conditions etc.) to enable restoring the ruined territories to live in the closest future. The further development and investigation of this approach will allow to react urgently, instantly and in short terms take down to renewing of the urban and rural areas ruined by the military actions.
