Abstract

The purpose of the article is to determine the theoretical and methodological aspects of the application of personal approach in the process of professional education of future specialists in physical therapy, ergotherapy. To achieve this goal, an analysis of research and publications was conducted. The results of the study suggest that inclusion in the content of subjective experience of future specialists in physical therapy and ergotherapy. The subjective experience of future professionals is understood as a set of emotionally colored social, educational, professional and personal situations that can fulfill an educational function. Educational content should not be a collection of socio-cultural models in the form of rules and examples of behavior. It should include the content of the subjective experience of the student as an experience of his individual life. The principles and conditions of application of personal approach in the process of professional education of future specialists in physical therapy, ergotherapy are determined. It is established that the effectiveness of vocational training depends on what position the student occupies in the process of mastering the profession. Personal approach to the professional education of future specialists in physical therapy, ergotherapy aims at ensuring the self-determination of students, creating conditions for the development and self-development of the individual in the social and professional spheres of activity. The set of characteristics identified in the study allows us to design a graduate model. The theoretical and practical significance of the graduate model of reference as an integral professional-personal characteristic is that, first, it allows us to model the content of education. Second, the development of such a model will be the basis of diagnostic techniques that determine the level of development of key skills. Third, it allows to implement a personal approach-oriented approach in the process of professional education of future specialists in physical therapy, ergotherapy.
