Forming tolerance as a professionally important quality leaders of pre-school education institutions

Abstract
The article deals with issues of tolerance of heads at pre-school education institutions; tolerance forming as a professionally important quality of a leader; the structure of professionally important qualities of the head of the educational institution; the specifics of the tolerance formation in the course of vocational training. The purpose of the article is to characterize tolerance as a professional quality of the future head of a preschool education institution and its development Considering the specific management activities of the heads of preschool education institutions, we consider the professional tolerance of the head at the individual level in the form of professionally important personality quality, produced in the process of professional interaction, determined by personal characteristics and characterized by understanding and individuality, individuality and acceptance. The skill to hide and smooth out unpleasant feelings during the contacts, tolerance for psychological comfort, the ability to take into account the nature, habits, attitudes of other people, determines the ability to regulate behavior by the laws and norms of professional activity. Improvement of the content of vocational training of preschool education heads should be realized through the program of professionally oriented disciplines: "Organizational and managerial activity in preschool education", module "Formation of tolerance of professional qualities of professions in the professional training." We consider that the formation of professional tolerance of the future pre-school education head can be provided by game technologies as a type of student activity, use of simulation, role-playing and operating games, case studies, discussions, brainstorms, computer testing, innovative lectures, innovative seminars, innovative practical classes (application of psychological training (with the analysis of management situations, thematic discussions, business, and role-playing games, exercises), project method, method of the portfolio. Professional tolerance helps the leader effectively interact with all participants in the educational process, provides resilience to professional stress, and promotes effective career building.
