Systemic approach to the professional development of teachers of vocational (technical) education institutions

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to analyze the problem of systemic approach to the professional development of teachers of vocational (professional) education institutions. Research methods have been analyzed, synthesized, simulated, and designed. As a result of the study, it was determined that the systemic approach to the professional development of teachers which work vocational (professional) education establishments requires effective functioning of complex multilevel educational system, which is based on the account of the professional teacher's profile of a modern teacher, is based on the diagnostic approach to determining its educational needs, their realization in the conditions of formal, informal and informational education of different levels. It has been established that a systematic approach to the professional development of teachers becomes possible under conditions of effective functioning of all components of the system, which are united by common purpose, principles, operate according to their own models, technologies and procedures. The scientific novelty consists in the author's interpretation of the categories "vocational and pedagogical profile of the teacher of VET", "system of professional development of teachers of VET". Practical significance consists in the author's development on the basis of the competent approach of the teachers' professional-pedagogical profile and the introduction of a multi-level system of professional development of teachers. Professional-pedagogical profile, performing educational, diagnostic, reflexive, motivational, planning, prognostic, evaluation functions, becomes a system-forming factor of the system of professional development teachers Introduced informational educational and professional environment is a strategic resource for the system of teachers` professional development. An individual professional development plan and e-portfolio of the teacher contribute to a systematic approach to the teacher`s professional development.
