Level of formation of professional competence of future specialists in entrepreneurship, trade and stock-taking activity: communicative-activity component

Abstract
The components of professional competence of future specialists in entrepreneurship, trade and exchange activity are defined: psychological-correctional, academic-professional, communicative-activity, axiological. The content of the concept of communicative activity component of professional competence in entrepreneurship, trade and exchange activity is revealed as the ability to communicate professionally in a multicultural environment, the ability to make professional decisions and plan communication activities in compliance with the culture of oral and written speech. Indicators were: the presence of communicative and organizational propensities; orientation in different situations of communication; communicative culture. The purpose of the article is to determine the state of formation of communicative activity component of professional competence of future specialists in entrepreneurship, trade and exchange activities. Objectives: to clarify the concept of "communicative activity component in the training of future specialists in entrepreneurship, trade and exchange activities"; to analyze B. O. Fedorishin`s test-questionnaire study of the communicative and organizational propensities of the students. The method of studying communicative and organizational tendencies of students is picked up and the results of the conducted research are presented. The students proposed the adoption of the questionnaire forms for answers, which were compared with a decoder and counted the number sbhan separately for communicative and organizational tendencies. The quantitative analysis of the data on educational degrees "Junior specialist", "bachelor", "master" is made. The data showed that a significant part of the respondents is at the middle level of communication and organizational propensities. Some ways of improving the communicative and activity component of the professional training of future specialists in entrepreneurship, in particular, are proposed, application of innovative teaching methods aimed at the formation of communicative culture: trainings, competence tasks with certain situations, work with economic glossaries, quest exercises, making dialogues, mutual censoring of oral answers to certain professional topics, interactive teaching methods (game and dialogue).
