Psychological aspects of preparation of creative teacher of New Ukrainian school

Abstract
The article analyzes the problem of the creative personality of a modern teacher. The requirements for the personality of the teacher of the modern school, creative pedagogical activity have been elucidated. The classification of creative qualities of the students of the pedagogical profile has been given. The creative teacher is a creative person with a high degree of development of motives, characterological features and creative skills that contribute to successful creative pedagogical activity, and which, through special training and constant self-improvement, acquires knowledge, skills and abilities of pedagogical work, acquires the skills of forming a student's creative personality in the educational process. The ability of the creative teacher to pedagogical creativity is characterized not only by the high level of pedagogical creativity, and, in accordance with modern requirements, by the level of possession of the subject being taught, but also by the acquired psychological and pedagogical knowledge, skills that ensure the effectiveness of its interaction with students in the development of creative abilities while the educational process. It has been emphasized that the creative personality of the teacher is a determining factor in the identification and development of creative possibilities of junior pupils; a new modern school requires a teacher who works in a creative search format based on the achievements of the traditional methodology and includes innovative elements, a teacher inspired by research, innovation. The emphasis is placed on the organization of psychological and pedagogical support for the personality and professional formation of a teacher, the purpose of which is to actualize the self-development of students, their desire for personal and professional growth. The main tasks of psychological and pedagogical support of personal development of the future teacher has been singled out.
