Peculiarities of formation of a professional image of vocal teacher in modern conditions

Abstract
The article considers the peculiarities of forming the professional image of the vocal teacher in modern conditions. It was emphasized that the intensification of communicative-creative processes in the contemporary cultural and artistic sphere requires the teacher of vocal significant psychological and intellectual resources in managing the impression of oneself and in the formation of their own image as a necessary element of successful self-realization. The image of the future teacher of vocals should be shaped taking into account the specifics of his stage-art activities and the needs of his students, students and pupils, while it is necessary to remember that each such specialist is a live advertisement of an artistic institution, because it is because of his image of the surrounding impressions about the state of art education in general. The creative aspect of readiness for the innovative activity of a specialist in musical art is revealed in the openness to musical-pedagogical innovations, in the flexibility, critical thinking, creative imagination. Readiness for innovation is a special personality condition, due to the presence of music teacher in the motivation-value relation to professional activity, possession of effective ways and means of achieving pedagogical goals, ability to creativity and pedagogical reflection. Within the framework of pedagogical imageology, the professional image of the teacher qualifies as a factor of success in professional activity and as an instrument for the creation of interpersonal relations and social relations. It is proved that professional image is an important argument for making professional decisions in the educational and artistic sphere. At the same time, the bulk of educational and creative interactions is based not on the actual knowledge of the other, but on the basis of the image that manifests itself during public interaction. Possession of the image mechanism is important, first of all, for people of public professions, in particular for vocals, because his professional activity is a source of cultural and aesthetic information, the bearer of so-called "cultural codes", as well as the socialization of personality, both the teacher himself and the one who is studying.
