Peculiarities of functioning of institutions of general secondary education on the basis of inclusion

Abstract

Today, considerable attention of the state and the public is paid to children with special educational needs, is the number of registered cases of psychophysical development problems in young citizens of Ukraine is growing every year. The humanization of society contributes to the introduction educational establishments of an inclusive form of education. The idea of inclusion consists of that a child with the special requirements in full participated in life of collective of school. Such educational establishment gives to the child, firstly, possibility to get education in accordance with the individual abilities; secondly, to communicate and engage in joint affairs with peers. The article describes certain theoretical and practical aspects of the functioning of secondary educational institutions on the basis of inclusion. The authors presented interesting materials to the methodical collection of a teacher working in an inclusive classroom (a set of exercises for the development of memory, fine motor skills, a set of special games and exercises aimed at improving sensory integration, games for children with special educational needs with handout didactic material). It has been established that the effectiveness of the functioning of a secondary educational institution with an inclusive form of education depends largely on the managerial competence of the head, that clearly realizes the necessities of society and well own sand incarnates modern technologies of management in practice.
