Diversification of the content of pedagogical training of specialists for primary education

Abstract
The analysis of theoretical and practical aspects of diversification of the content of teacher training for primary education is carried out. The author suggests an analysis of various definitions of the concept of "diversification". This concept covers such key aspects as: diversity, multi-dimensional development, expansion of the types of educational services, the acquisition of new activities that are not characteristic of the industry in the past; the expansion of educational services in the socio-cultural sphere and the development of various types of socio-cultural institutions of additional education. The semantic analysis of approaches to the concept of "diversification" shows that this concept has found its application in interdisciplinary branches, having received a specific interpretation in linguistics, in political vocabulary, in pedagogical education. The analysis of approaches to the discovery of the concept of "diversification" allows us to consider diversification in education in two forms: horizontal and vertical. In the context of horizontal diversification, researchers identify the following trends in the construction of an educational system: the creation of new state educational institutions; structural diversification of state educational institutions; the creation of private, commercial and non-profit educational institutions of different types. Vertical diversification is to expand the spectrum and quality of educational services, to use new educational technologies. It is shown that the process of diversification of the system of pedagogical education can have a positive dynamics under the following conditions: the content-technological component provides the target and meaningful continuity of all stages of training; organization of the process of diversification is implemented in accordance with the educational function of socio-cultural activities; scientific, educational and methodological support of the modern educational environment is carried out on the basis of the use of organizational forms, methods, means and technology of socio-cultural activity; a unified system for monitoring the quality of social and educational services has been formed; Personality-activity orientation of the educational process in the socio-cultural sphere, its depth and intensity is ensured; all resource potentials of the university complex are involved and variational services are supported by the formation and development of a specialist of elementary education. Some conditions for diversifying the contents of educational programs for the preparation of specialists for primary education have been formed: fundamentalization of education, continuity and integration, completeness and completeness of education, accessibility, openness and mobility; levels, degree, variety of functions and directions of the educational system.
