Abstract

Formulation of the problem. Competent approach in education involves the formation of general education skills among students, means the transition from private skills and specific skills, from information as a subject of memorization - to the school of thought, information and communication action and the comprehensive development of personal abilities. Analysis of recent research and publications. In the context of the ongoing reforms, higher education is still responding to changes too inertial and rather slowly The purpose of the article is a generalizing view, systematization and improvement of existing educational information and communication opportunities in order to optimize the training of a modern pedagogical specialist. Research results. It is precisely at the beginning of the training phase of professional training at the university that a preference should be given to teaching methods that would contribute to the development of student's personal abilities, his ability to rationally think logically, the ability to use the theoretical knowledge gained in practical communicative activities. Personality-oriented technologies most fully meet these requirements. We consider it compulsory to use the problem-modeled method within the lecture, the use of elements of active-productive communication, the implementation of test tasks, situationally-simulated tasks, the work of students on the informational discussion of the real learning situation in the volume necessary to identify possible communicative- tactical decisions, make appropriate, in this situation-modeled case, educational schemes and algorithms. As a result, the subject has the ability to interact more actively (activity informational and communicative competence), act impartially in relation to himself (communicative-personal competence), act in relation to his professional environment (information and professional competence) and in relation to other people (social and communicative competence). The defining component of the system of professional training of an educator should become an interactive module for a discipline that is perceived as a certain educational element that consciously forms the necessary group of professional competences of the future specialist in the information and communication mode. This is also facilitated by the form of organization of the class, which is based on such method of interactive learning as work in small groups (the actual example of technology of pedagogical support), while plotting the vector orientation of the educational-gaming structure of classes as a whole. Practical significance. Due to this, gradually, step by step, there is a professional formation of information and communication competencies of responsible behavior among listeners. It is this, in our opinion, that it will form the relationship between the listener and the teacher, which is logical to characterize as the subject-subject, those that determine the possibility of taking responsibility both for the process and for the result of the students themselves. In this way we are talking about the features of such modern education, which characterize the andragogical model of education.
