Problem of training of future teachers of music art towards poly cultural education of children

Abstract

The article touches the problems of preparation of future teachers of musical art to multicultural education of students. It is founded out that the problems of professionally determined content and structure of readiness of future teachers of musical art to multicultural education of students have been purely researched; the peculiarities of formation of its separate components in the period of professional teaching have been defined; the system of pedagogical accompaniment of development of future teacher's musical art readiness to multicultural education of students in the educational process of the University have not been developed. The special role of musical art's teacher, who, by forming student's multicultural worldview, enriches their experience of multicultural communication that is decisive in their future life has been proved. In this aspect a professional preparation of future teachers of musical arts to multicultural education of students acquires signs of special significance in conditions of modern cultural diversity of society. The essence of multicultural education as the process purposeful socialization of students which provides capturing of the system of national and common cultural values, communicative and general cultural empathic abilities that permits a pupil to make an intercultural cooperation and to show understanding of other culture as well as tolerance concerning its bearer has been determined. The attention has been paid to the potential of musical art in multicultural education of students, in particular on Ukrainian folklore. The necessity to guide by the relevant principles in the process of realization of multicultural education, introducing students with examples of successful cooperation with national cultures, communities which form mutual heritage of Ukrainian society has been emphasized. Such an approach is especially actual for Ukrainian pedagogy on the background of the linguistic, ethnic, religious and regional diversity of society because the formation of civil society is possible under the condition of transformation of ethnic community onto the political community, united by common values and priorities, i.e. political nation. It has been proved that the system of multicultural education develops humane and tolerant relations, striving to teach a personality to cognize different cultures, to perceive positively and tolerant differences of others, while retaining its own identity. Such conditions of readiness of future teachers of musical art to students' multicultural education as implementation of development of motivation and students' necessity in multicultural students' education with the means of musical art; organization of pedagogical guidance of this process on the basis of individual approach, adjustment of subjective interaction between students and teachers; providing possession of future teachers of musical art by adequate style of pedagogical communication in multicultural in teaching and educational situation have been determined as effective.
