Abstract
In recent years, the educational institutions had strengthened intensified efforts for the education of students and students on the traditions and customs of the Ukrainian people, study his historic and cultural heritage. The relationship between excursion and education provides ample for use by full means of educational methods. Introduction into educational process interactive methods training of tourism professionals determines the relevance of the study. Science has highlighted to the need for advantage of teaching activities various methods of organizing educational and educational activities of students. These efforts are designed to intensify students' cognitive activity, improve overall learning effectiveness. Theoretical foundations, educational and thematic excursions in the process of training, tourism professionals are fragments. The study is aimed at the role and significance of educational-thematic excursion as an effective method of training tourism professionals. It is important to address the challenges: to identify the features of the training tower and the possibilities of its application in the training process, and justify the need to apply a study tour in pedagogical methodology and practice. The organization of educational activities of students during the educational and thematic excursions it is carried out under organizational and pedagogical conditions, including: realization of educational, educational, developing, methodical, educational and recreational functions of educational excursions; selection the show object in accordance with the standard of tourist education and local history aspect; variety of technologies of thematic excursions of different directions and their combination; accounting of motivational, content, operational and emotional components of students' cognitive activity; use of the system of educational and cognitive practical tasks as a means of monitoring the knowledge gained during training tours.
