Communicative competence of future teachers of art sphere as a subject of scientific research

Abstract
The purpose of thearticle isto identify the problem of formation communicative competence of future teachers of artistic specialties as a priority direction of modern scientific research. It is emphasized on important aspect of artistic education development that is training of highly educated qualified specialists, who are capable to innovation activity. Features of modern teacher of artistic specialties are described: professional culture and communicative mastery, wide range of collaborative thinking, emotional intelligence, generosity, etc. It is emphasized, that modern teacher of art is extraordinary talented person, who has exhaustive knowledge in the specialty, capable critically, divergently, mobile and creatively think, actively cooperate with social networks, to analyze information, which comes from different media channels, to follow their influence. This is a specialist with formed readiness to communicative effective interaction with a purpose to reach the highest results in professional activity. It is accented on necessity of formation communicative competence of future teachers of arts, such as during information epoch the role and meaning of communications changed cardinally and they became necessary condition of effective intercommunication, pedagogical in particular. It is noticed, that the results of analyzed researches demonstrate a gap of scientific searches about formation communicative competence of future teachers of artistic specialties that is why the significance of the raised problem is actual. It is emphasized that the leading idea of scientific research should be the definition of the system of formation communicative competence of future teachers of artistic specialties as complex process, which is carried out on the basis of personally oriented paradigm with a course on European integration, that activates inter-artistic and interdisciplinary interaction, provides the implementation of new educational technologies, stimulates creative development of personality, his professional growing. The methodological, theoretical and methodical concepts of research are described. The novelty of research is that problem of formation communicative competence of future teachers of artistic specialties is considered through the prism of modern socio-cultural situation, in which communication gets the status of important tool for solving professional, life and personal tasks.
