Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of emotional burnout of medical workers. The purpose of article is to examine the theoretical approaches to the syndrome of emotional burnout of medical workers. Exposed understand the essence of emotional burnout syndrome. This phenomenon is defined as the scientists produced the individual psychological defense mechanism; as a form of professional deformation of the person. It is noted that the syndrome of emotional burnout formed under the influence of external and internal assumptions. The essence of emotional burnout syndrome and its relationship with occupational stress faced by people in their own careers. The syndrome professional burnout is a common name for long working effects of stress and certain types of professional crisis, is a state of physical, mental and especially emotional exhaustion caused by long-term stay in congested situations of emotional communication.
