Abstract
The article presents the process of development of professional mobility of teachers, which has a certain structure and displayed in the model view. Based on the analysis of scientific and theoretical approaches with respect to pedagogical modelling, theoretically grounded model of development of professional mobility of teachers College, identified the structural components of the model: the target, content, productive. The realization of the goal of the model, according to the author, is achieved under certain pedagogical conditions. The targeted component involves the goal in experimental models and the implementation and execution of the following tasks: development of an integrative-holistic thinking of the teacher, motivation to be mobile, the successful; the formation of professional orientation of personality, advancing personal and professional development of teachers; encouraging them to professional self-improvement, self-development. A substantial component of the model includes the content, forms of organization, methods, means and pedagogical conditions of development of professional mobility of the teacher's College. Effective component contains criteria for monitoring the professional mobility of teachers College.To these criteria we were classified as the following: the ability of the teacher to use innovative teaching technologies; the use of modern information and computer technology; creativity; initiative; willingness for self-education. We found that the professional mobility of the teacher's College is an integrated feature of a professional, which involves a combination of professional and personal qualities. We developed a pedagogical model of development of professional mobility of the teacher's College. Criteria and pedagogical conditions of development of professional mobility of teachers College. This issue is relevant and worth studying and implementing into the practice of instructional support services.
