Abstract

The article discusses some aspects of professional training of young teachers for vocational and educational activities. During the introspection young teachers have to compare planned and actually taken steps to assess their pedagogical appropriateness, correlate teaching situation with other / similar and different / interpret the factors that affect the achievement of the objective, outline and evaluate other potential options for implementation of educational interaction, make constructive conclusions for professional self and further educational activities. It is worth noting some fundamental, in our opinion, circumstances: 1. Pedagogical training of teachers should involve readiness to solve pedagogical problems, based on the fact that practical experience and theoretical analysis indicate inefficient use for this purpose standardized test methods. Similar conclusions come and foreign scientists search for ways to make evaluation of teachers based on expert judgments with specific benchmarks that were set to a specific school district and university, dealing with teacher training. 2. The introduced approach focuses on the identification and assessment of personal qualities of young teachers absent; last assessed in shoot video, but not so much in terms of verbal structures, but because of their / adequate or inadequate / concrete expression of actors, including values, affective and personal displays in the style of pedagogical communication. 3. The displayed corrective character should exist, when diagnosis of certain difficulties and contradictions of the process of professional development of young teachers is a prerequisite for appropriate remedial work.
