Formation of professional identity in the process of teaching students non-philologists of professional speech in high school

Abstract

The article deals with the main objectives of theformation of high school students' identity to professional activity by means of the development of the professional speech, aspect positions of the student as future experts for strengthening of his/her cognitive, cultural and esthetic spheres, general outlook, speech skills in a business situation. It is noted that the process of vocational training in the high technical educational institutions is directed on formation of the needs of the personality for learning, development of the professional speech, knowledge of language of a profession and improvement during the whole life. A research objective is clarification of aspects of the identity formation of the expert in the process of training of students non-philologists of the professional speech at high school and definitions of substantial components of language and vocational training of students non-philologists. Language and speech aspects are described to define the major tool components of complex professional and communicative competence of experts for the development of scientific system of formation and development of the professional speech by means of communicative training of specialists by means of the Ukrainian language. The main directions of development of the professional speech of the language personality, including development of professional linguistic competence, improvement of cognitive style of activity, registration of the motivational and valuable sphere of the personality have been proved. The essence of the concepts of professionalism, professional development and professional competence has been defined. It has been specified that the professional culture of the identity of the expert is unity of professional knowledge, the abilities realized in vigorous creative activity. For training of the highly qualified specialist it is necessary to pay attention to personal and individual, and personal and social qualities, professional communicative competence. Research of the sociocultural aspects of the professional speech of students of HTEI will allow to define the problems of formation of the personality at the present stage of development of high school, caused by specificity of technical education, improvement of university training of national experts.
