Increasing the interest of employers in HR specialists

In the article, as part of the study of employers 'interest in HR specialists, I have considered such concepts as "the role of an HR specialist" and "HR leaders". During the analysis, I was able to conclude that the effectiveness of the company directly depends on the HR specialists working in it, and increasing employers awareness of the achievements of HR leaders will also affect the increase in interest in HR specialists among employers.
