Abstract
The further professional growth of the teacher-musician depends on the success of the adaptation pe- riod, which is ensured by the creation of special conditions. The purpose of the article is to identify the condi- tions for the successful adaptation of young teachers-musicians in children's music schools. In the scientific liter- ature there are some developments on this topic, however, an attempt to classify the conditions for the successful adaptation of young music teachers in children's music schools is being undertaken for the first time. As a result of the study, two groups of conditions were identified that are necessary for the successful adaptation of young teachers of children's music schools
