BUILDING AND OPERATING THE TECTONIC GOVERNMENT OF INTEGRITY AND ACTION TO SERVE THE PEOPLE OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM IN THE NEW SITUATION

Building a tectonic government of integrity and action to serve the people has been a matter of much discussion by politicians and scientists in recent years. The model of tectonic State/Government has been applied in many countries around the world, including Vietnam. In the current period of accelerated industrialization, modernization and deeper international integration in Vietnam, especially when a thorough solution has not been found to put the Covid-19 epidemic under control, the issue of building a tectonic government of integrity and action to serve the people needs more research and attention. The paper draws the attention to the perception and practice, then proposes some solutions to continue building and operating the tectonic government of integrity and action to serve the people of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in the new situation
