HISTORICAL STAGES OF DEVELOPMENT OF DACTYLOSCOPIC RESEARCHES

In the statistics, the historical aspects appear, the establishment and development of fingerprinting in Ukraine, the lack of fingerprinting in law enforcement. The main stages of the formation of fingerprinting, such as criminal traceology, have been discerned. In the historical aspect, we analyzed the development of criminalistic recommendations and technical and criminalistic ways of identifying the hands on the mischief, and the fixes and predictions.
