The starting point for the creating a pedagogical model for managing innovative activities is the goals of managing innovative activities – the desired and necessary states of the model and its individual subsystems and elements, which the management process is directed to. The goals set the direction and nature of the behavior of the object of management, and require coordination with the development strategy of a professional institution, as well as building an innovation management system adapted to modern conditions.
