Formation of oral speech in older preschool children with mental retardation

The article discusses the features of the formation of oral speech in older preschool children with (PD) mental retardation. Within the framework of the study, a theoretical analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature on the problem of speech development in children with mental retardation was carried out. The features of the formation of oral speech in older preschool children with mental retardation, which must be taken into account in the process of teaching and upbringing, are revealed.
