Abstract
The article substantiates the feasibility of creating a digital innovation platform of the Donetsk People’s Republic on the basis of the concept “four-link spiral of innovation”, which provides for the joining the efforts of the state, science, education, business and civil society, which ensures the development of entrepreneurial structures by participating in the creation of innovations from idea to commercialization.
