Abstract
Developing professional competence of future bachelors of railway transport is carried out within the framework of psychological and pedagogical diagnostics of pedagogical process. The aim of the article is to determine the criteria, indicators, levels of professional competence of future bachelors of railway transport. The indicators, criteria and levels defined in the research will provide a comprehensive assessment of the current professional competence of future bachelors of railway transport, to determine the dynamics of its developing process. However, the study does not cover all issues of the process of professional competence developing of future bachelors of railway transport in the professional training process during their training at the institution of higher education. Further research is needed to develop a model of a set of diagnostic tools for this integrative quality shaping of the students' personality, future bachelors of railway transport.
