Abstract

Quality of Experience (QoE) based multimedia streaming network networking has been given greater importance in telecommunications and research sectors. In the other hand, Quality of Service (QoS) only aims to calculate technically, but QoE offers contextual measurement over end-to-end users. The primary purpose of QoE based multimedia connectivity allocation increases the value of the MOS recipient. In principle, the distribution of resources in multiple QoE communications seems to be high and traditional analysis assumes that the QoE model will improve the efficiency of the system. The resource distribution approach with queuing methods greatly facilitates the allocation of resources in video streaming networks. The methodology introduced over streaming servers demonstrates the efficiency of the technology suggested by a small delay. Reduces the bit rate and further reduces the latency by dropping nonoptimal packets. Finally, with greater energy efficiency and minimum delay, QoE guarantees are strengthened.
