The main characteristics of the staff on the example of the autonomous stationary institution of social service of the Omsk region "Pushkin boarding house" (ASUSO "Pushkin DI")

This article discusses the main characteristics of the staff of a social institution. The organizational structure of the institution is determined, the advantages and disadvantages of this structure are revealed. The analysis of the personnel structure by age category was performed. The characteristics of the personnel of the institution by age, education and gender are given.
