Abstract
The article considers the application of simulation modeling methods in solving management problems. A detailed description of the use of the AnyLogic software product in the analysis of the main and auxiliary processes of the enterprise is performed. The scope of application of the specified software product is described. Recommendations for conducting a computational experiment in the study of business processes of an enterprise using the AnyLogic program are given.
