LINGUOSTYLISTIC SPECIFICITIES OF COMIC TEXTS TRANSLATION FROM ENGLISH INTO RUSSIAN

The article deals with the issues of adequate film dialogues translation from English language into the Russian, containing humor component. There is a growing interest among researchers in audio media not only as a mean of digital technology, but also as a way transferring information by film translation. The lexical and sty- listic analysis makes it possible to determine lexical translation transformations, as well as difficulties in trans- mitting humour of foreign environment to speakers of other languages. It was found out that the most frequent lexical semantic operations in transformations are addition, omitting, calquing and contextual substitution. To adopt original film dialogue to different cultural environment with the aim to preserve the author intentions is the major concern of an interpreter
