Abstract

The theoretical foundations of competitiveness in the hospitality industry are considered, formation of clientorientation and increase of level of loyalty of consumers in establishments of the industry of hospitality are considered. The ways of development of the client-oriented approach in the hotel and restaurant business are substantiated.
