Abstract
This study of Zafer Duygu's Are Bibles Reliable Texts? It was made to promote his book. This work consists of three parts. In the first part, it deals with the criticisms of the Bible in the Ancient Age. In the second part, the author dealt with the criticism of the Bible and the Gospels. In this context, he evaluated the historical criticisms and text criticisms about the Bibles. In the last part, he mentioned the problems in the Gospels of Matthew, Mark and Luke, which are similar to each other, also known as the Synoptic Gospels, and the suggestions presented for the solution of these problems. Finally, he wrote his work by referring to the editing criticism.
