Non-discriminative values as component of meaning content of citizenship identity of personality in education

Abstract
The paper deals with defining non-discriminative values of personality in the system of education, correspondence of non-discriminative values with socio-psychological model of citizenship identity and description of art-development technique used in adult education for discussions on non-discriminative values. The paper presents concepts of non-discriminative values in education which were proposed by an international interdisciplinary group of scientists from the UK, Germany, Portugal and Ukraine: identities; equity, fairness and development; democracy and participation; rule of law; states and nations; argumentation, discussion and evidence; cooperation and solidarity; respect for others and freedom of speech. Non-discriminative values relate to citizenship values of personality which effect citizenship activity due to socio-psychological model of citizenship identity. Non-discriminative values are considered as orientation for personal, creative and professional development of adults in conditions of unpredictable BANI-world. Online galleries of contemporary art serve as a screen for projection of meanings associated with definite topics. This technique of art-development of adults is especially effective for mediation of discussions on such ambiguous topics without precise definitions as non-discriminative values. Such topics contain multiple often contradictory meanings. These topics are not recommended to be taught with traditional methods but rather they are worth discussions in groups. Implementation of online galleries in adult education enhances involvement of audience in discussion because art reveals emotions. Online galleries and other art-development techniques become more and more important in adult education in conditions of BANI-world. Effective self-realization and psychological well-being of adults require development of psychological skills in accordance to conditions of BANI-world
