Abstract
It is substantiated that creating an innovative infrastructure is a direction of innovative and industrial development of the Donetsk People's Republic. The main approaches are characterized, within the framework of which the indicators for assessing its formation are analyzed. The indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of the creation of technoparks are considered, the possibility of using the war risk index in calculating the corresponding indicators is substantiated.
