Abstract
This paper aimed to study the Need for Healthy Menus of Airline passengers. The sample group consisted of Airline passengers (400 persons) in Thailand. They were obtained by convenience sampling and did not rely on possibility. A set of questionnaires was used for data collection and analyzed by using descriptive statistics. Also, there was an analysis of relationships of guidelines for The Need for Healthy Menus having an effect Airline passengers Thailand An analysis of correlation coefficient value and multi-stage multiple regression analysis were employed. Results of the study revealed that The Need for Healthy Menus on product (X1) (β =0.412, α < .01) and marketing strategies on price (X5) (β =0.314, α < .05) had an effect on the Need for Healthy Menus of Airline passengers.
