INSTITUTIONAL PRINCIPLES OF ECONOMIC SECURITY OF UKRAINE IN THE CONDITIONS OF WAR

The article discusses the essence of economic security of the country in the context of its institutional components, which include the following elements: normative and legal acts and laws regulating economic activity in the country on the basis of economic components; state institutions and organizations responsible for regulating and controlling economic activity; stability of the country's financial system, provided by banks, insurance companies, stock exchanges and other financial institutions; scientific research institutes and organizations engaged in the development of new technologies, scientific research in the field of economics; institutions and organizations that ensure effective functioning of economic relations; organizations that provide training for highly qualified specialists necessary for the development of the country's economy; institutions and organizations that provide various economic activities. The impact of the economy on ensuring both economic security and national security of the country is investigated; obstacles to ensuring economic security of Ukraine in conditions of war are analyzed. Economic methods of ensuring economic security of Ukraine in conditions of war, the main negative directions and positive areas of economic security of Ukraine are analyzed. Ways to combat economic threats in the directions of economic development, trade relations development, innovation development, strengthening macroeconomic stability, improving the business climate in the country, cooperation of Ukraine with other countries, fighting corruption, smuggling and other illegal activities are determined. It is argued that economic entities engaged in energy, metallurgy, engineering, chemical industry, agriculture, and food industry play an important role in ensuring the economic security of the country. Proposed methods of ensuring the economic security of the country and certain trends and perspectives in ensuring the economic security of the country.
