EDUCATIONAL VIDEO AS ONE OF THE EFFECTIVE TRENDS OF DIGITALIZATION OF EDUCATION UNDER MARTIAL LAW

Introduction. It analyses changes in education related to the Covid-19 pandemic crisis and the military invasion of Ukraine. It is determined that today's education is characterized by increasing levels of complexity, uncertainty, and instability. In extreme crisis conditions, it is very important to use a quality video product, because clarity directly affects the emotional component of information perception and learning effectiveness by involving different senses in the perception and mastery of educational material. Purpose. Substantiation of the effectiveness of the introduction of video in the educational process in extreme crisis conditions Methods. The following research methods were used: abstraction; statistical analysis; synthesis; systematization and generalization of scientific publications, legislative and regulatory framework; theoretical modelling. Results. The article analyses the development of video implementation in education and the effectiveness of their application in different conditions. The classification of video types depends on the style, and also recommendations on their creation are offered. The results of the survey on the use of educational videos in vocational education institutions for improving the professional competence of teachers and in the organization of training are systematized. Originality. For the first time, a statistical analysis of the effectiveness of the introduction of video in the educational process in extreme crisis conditions in vocational (technical) education institutions, proved the effectiveness of its application. Conclusion. Radical changes related to the crisis in national education in the context of the Covid- 19 pandemic and the military invasion of Ukraine require effective and urgent measures. Flexibility and adaptability have become the main guarantee of supporting the educational process. In extreme conditions, the main conditions for maintaining the effectiveness of learning are awareness, responsibility, and academic freedom. Academic freedom implies the freedom to teach, without restrictions, to choose educational materials, methods, and teaching formats. In our opinion, today in extreme conditions the use of digital distance learning is the most effective tool in preserving the educational process and organization of learning. In turn, educational video is the main mechanism for delivering information in distance learning courses of any format. Visibility directly helps the perception of information and the effectiveness of learning material. The survey showed that the vast majority of teachers of vocational education use educational videos in their practice and note their advantages and effectiveness both in improving their professional competence and in the organization of training.
