Abstract
The drug's formation and solubility are affected by factors including temperature, concentration, and solvent. Paracetamol-propylene glycol solutions in water will be analyzed for their physical and acoustical properties at a range of temperatures. In this work, the physical parameters of Paracetamol aqueous solutions were investigated by measuring their refractive index, density, viscosity, and ultrasonic velocity from 293.15 K to 323.15 K. The data obtained were evaluated to determine the drug's structural properties in order to use it in pharmaceutical formulations. The results have also been used to assess the drug-macromolecular interaction by evaluating a number of acoustical characteristics for all solutions across the temperature range.
