Abstract
Ferroelectrics are rare crystalline minerals that exhibit electrical activity similar to that of ferromagnets. This kind of behavior is seen in ferroelectric materials up to a specific temperature, called the Curie temperature (Tc). These ferroelectric materials are distinguished in part by their dielectric nonlinearity. It's important to bear in mind that, although the perovskite structure allows for a lot of freedom in terms of cation A and cation B replacement, the principle of substitution requires that charge balance be maintained and that the size be kept within the range for a given co-ordination number. Perovskite materials are crucial in dielectric ceramic because of variations in ionic size, tiny atomic displacement, and reduced symmetry. The effects of iron substitution for titanium in BaTiO3 ferroelectrics on their structural, electrical, and dielectric characteristics are of current interest to us
