CONCEPTUAL MODEL OF STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF ENTERPRISES IN CIRCULAR ECONOMY CONDITIONS

Abstract
The article analyzes the approaches of various authors to the construction of strategic management models, compares the component data of the models, highlights the key stages in the process of strategic management of the enterprise. The importance of the implementation of the circular economy concept in the company's strategy is substantiated, the peculiarities of strategic management in the conditions of the circular economy are identified. On the basis of the conducted research, a conceptual model of strategic management in the conditions of a circular economy was developed, and each of the stages of the built model was substantiated. The factors of the external environment in the conditions of the circular economy are identified: the influence of the economy, political processes, legal regulation and management, social and cultural components of society, natural environment and resources, scientific, technical and technological development, infrastructure. The factors that form the internal capacity of the enterprise for the implementation of business models of the circular economy are given: the suitability of products for repeated use; level of waste generation; use of technologies within circular business models; availability of a reverse logistics system; the possibility of digitalization of business processes. Opportunities for business, favorable trends and threats for enterprises in the conditions of the circular economy are analyzed, the types of value creation by the enterprise in the conditions of implementation of circular economy models are described, examples of long-term goals that can be established within the strategic management of enterprises in the conditions of the circular economy are justified, the need for management is substantiated by goals during the implementation of the strategy, as well as the importance of budgeting when moving from a linear model to a circular type of production. Based on the results of the research, the conclusions regarding the features of the process of strategic management and the implementation of the strategy in the conditions of the circular economy are summarized.
