Abstract

Evaluating the efficiency of the enterprise's business processes includes the analysis and evaluation of their efficiency in the financial and economic, production and commercial spheres. An important component of the development of the enterprise in the conditions of rapid changes, considering the process, result, dynamics, property and regularity, is the implementation of innovative projects. It is also stated that today innovations not only contribute to the strengthening of the enterprise's strong positions, but are also a way of leveling the influence of disincentive factors on business processes, as well as one of the methods of overcoming entrepreneurial risks and eliminating problematic moments at the enterprise. It has been determined that today a relevant and important issue is the need to form new and improve existing provisions (both theoretical and practical) regarding the effectiveness of business processes of the enterprise and the impact of risk in conditions of rapid changes, using mathematical modeling. Management measures in this direction are taken based on the results of risk identification, their analysis and assessment. In view of this, the purpose of the study is to form theoretical provisions and develop practical recommendations for modeling the effectiveness of business processes of the enterprise and the impact of risk, taking into account the implementation of an innovative project. Based on the results of the research, the article proposes a new economic-mathematical model, and based on it, criteria and relationships are formed that ensure the effective functioning and development of the enterprise, taking into account a refined approach to the assessment of business risks and the corresponding parameters, that characterize the stability, margin of safety and sensitivity of the innovative project. The model takes into account an expanded set of economic parameters and factors and, unlike the existing ones, it offers a function of compromise between risk and the level of efficiency of the enterprise business processes. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the improvement of the economic-mathematical model for the system of economic diagnostics of the enterprise activity, which is based on the functional relationship between the efficiency of the enterprise's business processes (in the financial, economic, production and commercial spheres) and risks, taking into account the parameters, that characterize stability, margin of safety and sensitivity of the innovative project aimed at: elimination of problematic moments and weaknesses of the enterprise; using the chances of the enterprise functioning conditions and forming (or strengthening) its strong positions on the market, in conditions of rapid changes. It is advisable to carry out further research in the direction of improving the anti-crisis management system of the enterprise, on the basis of economic diagnostics.
