JUSTIFICATION OF THE COMPOSITION OF LEAN MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGY TOOLS

Abstract
Not all organizational processes are efficient. Sometimes they contain operations that do not create value for the consumer, but require resources. As a result, the consumer receives a product with unnecessary properties or at an inflated price. The main idea of lean management technology is to get rid of «mudа» («waste», «losses»), that is, to eliminate inefficient actions, which allows you to achieve significant results at lower costs. The article examines the essence and characteristics of the main tools of lean management technology. The purpose of the article is to justify the composition of methods and tools of lean management technology based on logical generalization and comparison. Based on the analysis, it was determined that the following methods and tools of lean management are most often offered for practical implementation in the scientific literature: «just in time», «kaizen», the «5 S» ordering system, the method of general maintenance of equipment TPM, the method of rapid reconfiguration of equipment SMED, error protection system «Poka Yoke», «Kanban», Value Stream Mapping, Operational Management Visualization and Standard Work. Justification of the composition of methods and tools of lean management technology will simplify their application in practice, will allow to increase the effectiveness of the operating system, will contribute to the development of the potential of employees and their involvement in the process of improving the company's operations. The main advantages of using the above-mentioned methods and tools are the ability to: delve into the essence of processes and eliminate losses of «muda»; monitor the quality of order execution during the entire period of its implementation; manage information and material resources; create a personnel-training system at the workplace; ensure thrifty thinking at the enterprise.
