METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO ASSESSING THE INVOLVEMENT OF HEALTHCARE PERSONNEL

Abstract
The article substantiates theoretical and methodological approaches to research and assessment of the level of involvement of personnel working in organizations of the healthcare system of Ukraine, namely healthcare institutions, institutions of higher education, which are subordinate to the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and pharmacies, pharmacy chains. The involvement of personnel in the teamwork of the personnel of these organizations is an integral part of the effective activity of the subjects of the health care system, increases confidence in domestic medicine and pharmacy, increases the effectiveness and level of medical and pharmaceutical assistance to the population, which is especially important during the military situation. It has been proved that the involvement of personnel increases the profit of organizations, increases their growth rate, increases the satisfaction of customers (patients, consumers of medical services, applicants for higher education of medical and pharmaceutical institutions of higher education), promotes the productivity of personnel, strengthens labor discipline, reduces the turnover of medical and pharmaceutical personnel. The article improves and adapts to the peculiarities of health care institutions and pharmaceutical organizations the methodology for assessing the involvement of personnel in team ro-bots, which was the purpose of the conducted studies. The results of personnel questionnaire regarding their level of involvement are provided. An assessment of the impact of the level of personnel involvement on the level of consumer loyalty has been made. It is concluded that in many respects the involvement of personnel depends on the head of the organization and his perception of the importance of managing this process. If employees are involved, they are loyal to the company, changes, innovations and support management's intentions. A large role of the head in managing the involvement of personnel is defined, the head needs to be interested in the moral condition of employees, regularly provide them with feedback, organize face-to-face meetings and informal events, which will help create a trusting relationship between the employee and the employer. Therefore, staff engagement is an important focus of medical and pharmaceutical personnel management.
