SYSTEMATIZATION OF ASPECTS OF STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT OF AN ENTERPRISE IN CONDITIONS OF RISK AND UNCERTAINTY

To activate measures to accelerate Ukraine's integration into the global economic space, especially in conditions of risk and uncertainty, it is necessary to take into account a number of contemporary aspects, including relevant measures and mechanisms for strategic development of enterprises. These aspects are aimed at actively strengthening the competitive positions of Ukrainian companies in the market, while ensuring their sustainable growth and success compared to competitor enterprises. Based on this, the purpose of the article is to systematize the aspects of strategic development of enterprises in conditions of risk and uncertainty. The research concludes that the prospects for enterprise development are closely related to a comprehensive assessment of its key functional aspects. In order for an enterprise to maintain a competitive advantage in a competitive environment, it is important to consider economic, technological, innovative, organizational, and informational aspects that impact its operations and formation of development strategy in conditions of risk and uncertainty. It is also noted that making managerial decisions in the process of implementing the enterprise's development strategy involves modeling factors that primarily affect cost levels in the short term. Implementation of such managerial decisions should ensure the achievement of the enterprise's set goals and interests in economic results. Considering all these aspects is crucial for achieving success and sustainable development of the enterprise. Further research based on the study of business operations, management systems, marketing, and economic diagnostics is recommended to be conducted in the direction of finding practical tools that will support enterprise development in the context of sustainable development.
